FirstGroup plc is expanding its coach operations in Aberdeen with the acquisition of established local operator, J.D.Peace & Co Aberdeen Ltd, also known as Peace Coaches.

FirstGroup plc has acquired Gloucestershire-based KB Coaches, adding 30 vehicles to its growing UK and Ireland coach portfolio, and establishing a presence in the county.

FirstGroup has acquired Wilfreda Luxury Coaches Limited, trading as Wilfreda Beehive bases in Adwick le Street near Doncaster, further strengthening its position in the UK coach market and expanding the breadth of its customer proposition.

FirstGroup has acquired Eagle Coaches, a long-established family coach operator based in Bristol, further strengthening its position in the UK coach market and expanding the breadth of its customer proposition.
